How do I make my order and payment? What are my options?

 Via email order and bank-in. For this method, please follow the steps below: 

 

1. Check the availability of the desired item.

 

2. Email to rehabmawaddah@yahoo.com all the details as below:

 

- Full name

- Item name, code, size and quantity

- Postal address

- Handphone number

 

3. Make payment (internet banking or ATM/CDM bank-in). (Details of account info will be given via email) 

 

After payment, please email the confirmation screen from the internet banking or the slip from ATM/CDM machine. After placing your order, you have 24 hours to make payment and email your Bank Transfer slip details to avoid your order being cancelled.

 

4. Done. Wait for your item to be delivered :)

 

 

What is our Return Policy? What is the Return Procedures?

 

We have 4 rules in our Return Policy

 

The item needs to be returned :

 

1. Is returned due to quality problem or defect only

2. Within 14 days from date of purchase

3. Unworn and unused and
4. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Return Procedures

 

Items can only be returned for amount paid to your account. Please provide your full name, bank name and bank account number. For refunds via Bank Transfers, it will take 10-14 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank account from the day your refund was initiated.

 

If you wish to return an item, send the item back to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our premise, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service. Kindly send the item back to:

Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Control will conduct inspection and we will process your request within 5 business days. Email notification will be sent to you once the refund is initiated.

 

 

How long does delivery take?

 

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING in Malaysia for orders above RM100.
 

Delivery time, in normal conditions, is estimated as below:

 

Peninsular Malaysia
3 - 4 Business days

East Malaysia
4 - 5 Business days

Delays are expected for delivery during festive seasons.

 

 

Has my order been successful?

 

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your email junk/spam folder. Alternatively, email us at rehabmawaddah@yahoo.com to confirm the placement of your order.
